The Information Security and Business Continuity Unit is continuously improving its policies, procedures and processes and furthermore its security systems to ensure that all areas related to Technology Risks are properly covered.

NACB is working hard to provide the highest degrees of governance based on assessments made, and through several security solutions adopted and acquired to protect and safeguard the bank assets as well as to detect any abnormal behavior. That is why, the Bank abides with the international corporate security practices and the Central Bank of Lebanon Circulars, Information Security Committee is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Information Security Programs successfully.

Never-the-less, NACB provides Awareness Training Sessions to its staff, since the human factor can be the weakest link, and most of the attacks and threats can be generated internally and unintentionally through daily business tasks.

More-over, to provide the highest degrees and scope level of business continuity services, NACB realized the importance of Business Continuity Plans in coordination with the concerned business units whom are able to execute the predefined plan through utilizing alternative Primary and Secondary staff persons in the Disaster Recovery Site in case of an emergency situation. NACB emphasizes always that BCP Plans are being updated and tested regularly.
